But what genuinely drives me is working with people and personal development. I love cooking, enjoy sport and adrenaline-filled activities like skiing, and I’m passionate about travel. When I visit new places, I make it a priority to truly experience the culture and connect with people — and part of that is learning languages, even if imperfectly. I believe that trying to communicate, even in broken speech, opens doors to deeper human connection.
In my free time, I also enjoy watching films, exploring books on self-development, and playing computer games — these are ways I reset and recharge. I have been a husband for 15 years and a father, which has grounded in me the importance of balancing ambition with presence in the moment.
