WHO IT’S FOR

This is for you if:

How I Discovered Inner Work

My journey into working with the mind began more than ten years ago, quite unexpectedly and at the suggestion of my wife. I agreed to join a personal development workshop rather skeptically, not knowing what to expect.

What happened there didn’t make sense to my logical mind — yet my body and emotions knew something deep and real had occurred. There was a tension between “this can’t be true” and “I clearly experienced this,” and that internal conflict became a turning point for me. From that moment on, I dedicated myself to inner work, exploring both conscious and unconscious aspects of the human mind and how they shape our lives.

This wasn’t about quick fixes or motivational slogans — it was about transformation that happens from the inside out.

What Gives Me the Most Satisfaction

The greatest reward in this work comes from helping people who are struggling with exactly what I once struggled with myself: internal chaos, procrastination, avoidance, tension, and a lack of inner alignment.

I’ve walked my own path. I’ve faced difficult experiences. That lived experience allows me to genuinely understand what others go through — not just intellectually, but with empathy and insight.

Seeing someone regain clarity, agency, and inner peace is one of the most meaningful experiences I know.

What Makes Me Different

I’m direct and authentic. I don’t use fluff or empty promises. I speak plainly and focus on real work that leads to real change. And while I’m grounded and pragmatic, I also believe that this work can be light, humorous, and even enjoyable — inner transformation doesn’t have to be heavy or dramatic to be effective.

My Core Values

What matters most to me in working with people:

  • Honesty
  • Responsibility
  • Commitment
  • Action that leads to real results

I don’t offer quick recipes or magical solutions. If someone is ready to do the work, I’m fully present and engaged.

My Vision

I want conversations about emotions, the mind, and self-awareness to be natural — something we teach our children from the earliest age. I believe that true change begins with understanding oneself, not just acting in the external world.

I Don’t Sell a Method. I Work With People.

If you’re here, it’s probably not because you’re “looking for hypnosis.”

More likely, something in your life stopped fitting — even though, on paper, everything looks fine.

You may run a business.
You may earn good money.
From the outside, you look capable, organised, successful.

And yet inside, there is tension.
Important things keep getting postponed.
Your mind keeps racing.
You feel like you’re constantly doing something, just not what actually matters.

And there’s that familiar voice in your head:

“You know exactly what you should do. Why are you avoiding it again?”

I know this place very well.
Not from books. Not from theory. From my own life.

Why I Do This Work

I didn’t choose this work out of curiosity or trend.
I do it because I’ve been exactly where many of the men who come to me are now.

For a long time, I procrastinated. I avoided difficult decisions. I escaped into substitute tasks. I knew what needed to be done — and did everything except that. The internal dialogue was relentless.

After years of personal development work, I eventually discovered trance-based inner work. That was a turning point — not because my life suddenly became perfect, but because I finally saw what was actually running me beneath the surface.

I began working consistently with my body, my mind, and imagination. I trained, journaled, took care of myself. My problems didn’t disappear overnight, but they lost their grip. The noise in my head quieted. Clarity and direction appeared.

One session stands out clearly. I saw myself — not ideal, not perfect — but as the version of myself I genuinely wanted to become. Months later, I realised I was already there. My body had changed. My thinking had changed. My reactions had changed.

That’s when I knew this work is real.
And that’s why I do what I do today.

Honesty, Boundaries, and What I Don’t Promise

I don’t work with everyone — and I’m open about that.

I do not work with people who:

  • have experienced severe sexual trauma,
  • are victims of physical violence,
  • have diagnosed psychiatric conditions or are under psychiatric care,
  • struggle with eating disorders,
  • have active addictions (alcohol or substances).

This work requires stability and willingness to take responsibility.

I don’t promise miracles.
I don’t promise that everything will disappear after one session.

Sometimes change is immediate.
Sometimes subtle.
Sometimes it takes time — because the mind has its own internal “guardian” that doesn’t always allow access to difficult material right away.

Stress may appear, because we sometimes enter uncomfortable territory.
Life won’t become perfect.
But it often becomes clearer, calmer, and more coherent.

This is honest work.

Who This Work Is For

I mainly work with men in midlife who appear strong and competent on the outside, but internally feel fragmented.

Men who:

  • carry responsibility,
  • achieve results, often at a high cost,
  • know what they should do,
  • but for some reason don’t do it.

They avoid difficult conversations and decisions. They postpone what matters most. They sabotage themselves — and then feel disappointed in themselves for doing so.

If I had to describe one person who lands on this page, it’s someone who looks in control externally, but internally feels tense, uncertain, and quietly afraid of making the wrong move.

That’s where our work begins.

How I Work — Without Myths or Illusions

The first meeting is a conversation.
I want to understand what you’re actually dealing with — and whether this work is right for you. If it isn’t, I’ll say so honestly.

If we move forward, the session itself is simple and grounded.

You sit comfortably. You don’t fall asleep.
You remain conscious the entire time.
You hear everything.
You stay in control.
You will never accept a suggestion that isn’t aligned with you.

Trance is not a loss of control.
It’s a state where the body relaxes deeply, and the mind becomes highly focused and present.

In this state, we work with the subconscious — the part of the mind that governs many of our reactions, emotions, and behaviours automatically. Just as you don’t consciously control your heartbeat, you don’t always have conscious access to the roots of procrastination, fear, or self-sabotage.

During sessions, images, sensations, and sometimes forgotten memories appear. Very often, these are the real sources of patterns you’ve been fighting on the surface for years.

I guide. I suggest. I help you navigate.
But you remain active the entire time.

Think of it like this:
I’m the air traffic control tower.
You’re the pilot.
I see the broader picture — but you make the decisions.

How You Know It’s Working

Sometimes there’s a clear “wow” moment.
Sometimes the change comes weeks or months later — one day you realise you’re reacting differently, thinking differently, acting differently.

Often it’s subtle, noticeable only in everyday life.

For me, one such change was completely losing the urge to drink Coca-Cola, which I used to consume daily in large amounts. The desire simply disappeared. It stopped making sense.

That’s how this work operates — it changes the need at the source.

Working Together

We always start with a free discovery call.
No pressure. No selling. Just clarity.

We check:

  • whether you’re ready,
  • whether I’m the right person for you.

Only then do we decide on the form of cooperation:

  • individual sessions,
  • a structured package (e.g. six sessions),
  • or longer-term work.

There are no “one-size-fits-all” solutions here.
Every collaboration is tailored to the person and the goal.
